Please give us another chance! We have a refund grace period and issue full refunds for answers and video subscriptions up to 14 days after purchase (when the total views is less than 10 answers or videos viewed).
Problems
If you are having technical problems, or never received your password, please visit our Support page. If you are requesting a refund because we only explain the odd-numbered problems, please note:
- Research shows that students learn best when they can see step-by-step explanations to half of their assigned work. That is why we just show the odds.
- Our step-by-step solution to an odd problem may be helpful for a nearby even problem you are stuck on.
- If your teacher only assigns the evens, you might ask him or her to assign a mix of odds and evens so you can get help on actual, assigned homework.
- Our online tutoring in conjunction with our step-by-step answers for the odds is far and away the best value in math homework help available.
Request A Refund
To request your refund, simply send an email to refunds@hotmath.com providing your Hotmath password, your name, and the email address you used to register. We normally process refunds within one or two business days.
