AOL@SCHOOL Announces Alliance with Hotmath, Inc. to Offer Online Math Course Materials at No Cost
Dulles, VA - June 21, 2004 - America Online, Inc., the world's leading interactive services company, today announced another new alliance for AOL@SCHOOL, the online learning service provided by the company at no cost, that will give students and teachers unlimited access to more than 200 math practice problems per math subject with tutorial solutions from Hotmath, Inc., the nation's leading math homework-help website. Targeting middle school and high school students, teachers and parents, the Hotmath problems and tutorials now offer Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1 and Algebra 2 and will expand to offer Geometry, PreCalculus and Calculus. Building on its existing valuable content offerings from leading education industry providers, AOL@SCHOOL has incorporated these resources into its no-cost online service as part of its mission to help students, teachers and parents more effectively harness the power of the Internet in the classroom and at home
